His Sheep: Day 7 of Who Does God Say You Are? Journaling Prompts

"I am the good shepherd. I know my own and my own know me, just as the Father knows me and I know the Father; and I lay down my life for the sheep." - John 10:14-15 ESV

Day 7 of journaling with God on who He says we are is all about being His sheep. In John 10, Jesus identifies Himself as the good shepherd, then goes on to describe the relationship between Himself and us, His sheep.

Take a moment to read the verse and meditate on it, then grab your favorite journal and get ready to journal with God.

  1. Think about the relationship between a shepherd and his sheep. Write down what comes to mind.
  2. What does it mean for Jesus to truly know you? What does it mean for you to truly know Him?
  3. Ask God to show you how Jesus is shepherding you in this particular season of your life.
