The Intimacy, Identity, & Intentionality Journal is designed to help you posture your heart to hear from God. Intimacy with God is the starting point for our identities. We come to know who we are as we get to know Him. God has so much in store for you, but the only way you’ll get to know these things is if you first call on Him.
Based on the 3 Keys audio training, each day includes 3 questions pertaining to your intimacy with God, identity in Christ, and intentionality through the power of the Holy Spirit.
In addition to the daily questions, there is also open space for:
- Verse of the Day - Scripture to meditate and reflect on,
- Identity Declaration - a Biblical truth about your identity in Christ, and
- Fruit of the Spirit - an attribute of the Holy Spirit living within you to embody.
Each day includes a page for additional notes. At the end of each week, you will find a weekly review section. At the end of the month, you will find a monthly review section.

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. We make every effort to process orders as quickly as possible.
Shipping
After processing, orders are shipped via USPS within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive an email notification when your order has shipped. We offer two shipping options: First Class Package and Priority. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Please allow for potential delays in delivery time during holiday seasons.
As our products come from multiple vendors, some products may be shipped separately.

RETURNS
Our policy covers 30 days following your purchase. If more than 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. All returns require a receipt for proof of purchase.
Some products are exempt from being returned:

Shipping
In the event of a return or exchange, please contact us and we will provide shipping details via email.
Shipping is free for returns or exchanges; however shipping costs for your initial purchase are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Next, contact your bank or credit card company as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We are only able to replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same or similar item, send us an email at hello@journalingwithgod.com.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be e-mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.
